Our planning starts with your Account Executive and System
Designer meeting with you. They will discuss the site survey, map
extension and main equipment locations, environmental ideas,
feature selection, local/long distance alternatives, Internet access
services and training. This will assure us that all the necessary and
relevant issues are discussed and planned for to create a smooth
transition for the installation of your new communications system.

Our meeting many times yields the requirement for additional
information or follow up sessions to make sure we get it just right.
Your TotalCare team also discusses planned cutover timing, along
with training programs, cutover support, Telco Liaison work,
administrative training, and ultimately delivers a finished program that we agree upon in advance.
